Since I was 5 years old, I have been deeply interested in different Paleozoic fossil assemblage groups, specifically the restricted environments that often hosted Eurypterids. This led me on a lifetime journey to investigate, research and collect some of the premier fossil localities (among discovering new ones) and to work closely with some of the most respected collectors and fossil vendors in the United States.

 

My primary interest include the discovery and description of the major Eurypterida assemblages in the mid-Atlantic region, with the end goal of earning a doctorate in Geology or Biology.  Over the last 10 years of collecting, I've amassed a massive collection of Lower Paleozoic arthropods from all over the world with an emphasis on New York and Pennsylvania.
